- The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and promotional items.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Customer preference:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer laws.

If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the return procedure after delivery.
